Unlimited, telephone counseling services at no cost to you. Simply call the toll free number in the U.S.A., Canada and Puerto Rico to access counselors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

CHIROPRACTIC CARE & ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE:
You can expect to save up to 5% to 30% on chiropractic and alternative medicine services. You will have access to one of the largest integrated networks of chiropractors and other top qualified alternative medicine practitioners in the United States.

HEARING:
Members receive a free hearing exam, hearing aid cleanings and adjustments as well as a 20% discount off normal retail prices on Beltone hearing aids at any of the Beltone Independent locations.

TelaDoc™:
TelaDoc is a national network of board certified physicians providing cross coverage consultations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. TelaDoc physicians use medical records and telephone consultations to diagnose, recommend treatment and write short term prescriptions. TelaDoc does not replace the existing primary care physician relationship, but instead enhances it with an efficient, cost-effective alternative for minor medical problems.

CONTACT911™:
A disaster could strike anywhere, anytime, making communication the critical component of any emergency plan. CONTACT911™ is the tool you need to stay connected when it matters the most, so you can adapt your plan to the circumstances at hand. Plan includes 6 person contact list and 20 minutes per month. Unused minutes roll over to the next month.
